Q: What do i have to do to make a complaint
I was not offered an extended warrentry and when registered my Ipad mini 4, was offered extention and sent to site to pay... $89. Apple sent me there knowing I have an Ipad. So bought it and told will get email within hour. Three hours later, nothing and find when reading the agreement that it does not cover IPads.
Yet there is nowhere on Apples website where you can complain.... Is Apple the only company online that does not have a complaints section? Just wasted 3 hours of my life being sent in circles.
Does anyone know of an Australian Apple website that can lodge a complaint with?
