Apr 13, 2015 3:23 PM in response to John 32by Caveman Dan,I couldn't get my mail for at least 3 days - but it was working fine on my iPad and my office iPhone. I got so fed up I downloaded the yahoo email app and signed in.
Within an hour my iPhone email app was up and running perfectly.
- It's definitely worth a try if nothing else is working. I tried everything - deleting all accounts, changing passwords etc. Now I think of it I think I did he same thing by accident the last time my email didn't work And again it fixed itself. So maybe this is the trick.
I'm intrigued to see if it works for you guys - let me know.

Apr 26, 2015 2:14 PM in response to Crazyfeetby dbiddle138,I'm not sure if someone suggested this, but here's what I recently did when I was having issues with my google mail not syncing with my phone and my google cal not syncing from the phone to my gmail cal. I deleted the account from my phone and re set it up right after. Now everything seems to be playing nicely.

Aug 1, 2015 10:45 PM in response to Ms. CASby kumarseattle,Exchange mail worked for me after deleting unused partnerships. I followed steps as per below exchange outlook email.
You have 10 phone partnerships out of the maximum allowed 10 partnerships. After you reach the maximum, you can't create additional partnerships until you delete existing ones from your account. To do so, sign in to Outlook Web App, click Options > Phone > Mobile Phones, and delete any unused partnerships.

Dec 16, 2015 10:59 AM in response to livlovhapby Dazlaa72,Had this issue with my wife's new phone. Entered email address, which was verified. But each time mail was accessed we always got message 'connection to server failed.
We tried all of the various suggestion on this forum, but only one worked.
>Settings >Mail, Contacts, Calendars > (your email and delete account at bottom of page)
>Settings >Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Other (at bottom) > Add Mail Account
Name - add a name
Email - add your email address
Password - enter the password associated to email
click Next (top right corner)
Once verified everything should work?

Great help when I needed it the most!
Much appreciated.
