Dec 16, 2015 1:25 PM in response to Katheryn Ellisby Brett L,Greetings Katheryn,
When you take pictures with the Camera app on your iPhone, they should be saved to your Photos app. See this help article - View, share, and print - iPhone
This help page shows how to view them - View photos and videos - iPhone
If the pictures are not showing up in the Photos app, let me know and we will continue to see what we can do.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Be well.

Dec 17, 2015 11:11 AM in response to Brett Lby jolienmar,Hi Brett,
I have the same problem. After taking a picture I can only view it right away, but I cannot delete it from the 'review' function, nor forward or edit the photo, which I could do before the latest update. After closing and re-opening the camera or photos app, the most recent photos have disappeared. Please help!
Thanks!

Jan 2, 2016 5:15 PM in response to Brett Lby Tripweaver,★HelpfulI am having the same problem Kathryn is having. After updating my 5c to 9.2, I can't locate any of my newly snapped pictures. My old pictures are still present in the Photos app, but my new pictures are missing from the camera roll. When I snap a new picture, I can see it in the camera app, and view it while I am there. But if I exit the camera app, I can not locate the picture again. Rudimentary instructions on how to operate an iPhone will not be a sufficient help here.

- photo in "recently delete" also can't delete. > it will go when select delete but will come back after restart iPhone.

Jan 8, 2016 2:16 AM in response to Tripweaverby Tripweaver,I performed a backup of my iPhone, then restored it from the backup. Logically, this should NOT have fixed anything, but now the camera works as it should. As seems to often be the case with electronics, something that should be simple ones and zeros rebels and takes on a life of its own.

Jan 16, 2016 7:27 PM in response to MephizElizaby surfer_dave,I'm having this exact same problem.
Also, I also cannot send photos I have already taken. I can take a photo in a conversation and it will send but not save. I updated my phone to 9.2 not too long ago but the problem just started happening today.

Feb 2, 2016 2:33 PM in response to Brett Lby DoulaMel,I am totally having this problem. It looks like I can take the photo but then it does not save and I cannot post, email or use any of the existing photos. There is plenty of storage space. I updated quite a while ago but the problem only started yesterday.
