I understand that you are unsure of a purchase on your debit card associate with your Apple ID. Let's go over how to look this up and report a problem if it is warranted.
So the first thing you will want to do is look at your purchase history. Open up iTunes, click on your name next to the search field and click Account Info. Supply your password and scroll down until you see Purchase History to see what was recently charged.
See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC
