I understand that you are unable to play your Michael Bublé album. Let's see if we can figure out what is going on.
I would first see if you can download the album directly to your iPhone to see if it will play for you offline versus streaming if that is the case. If that is the case, I would make sure that the settings on your iPhone is allowed to play over cellular data. Take a look at the first two article below for more details on downloading and checking your settings.
