Q: Carrier and personal hotspot has disappeared from settings

All of a sudden settings is missing personal hotspot and carrier on my iPhone 6 ever since I upgraded to iOS 9.2.

 

tried everything possible but to no success.

 

REboot, system restore, reset network settings, you name it.

 

ANy other theory'?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2

    That is a carrier feature, call your phone carrier and let them know.

    TThanks for your post. I spoke to my carrier O2 in great length and there is no outage in my area as wife and children continuing to use O2 network uninterrupted. They suggested a system restore via iTunes which I did and for a few minutes I started to get a network signal but as soon as I unplugged the iPhone 6 from my iMac it went back to saying either No Signal or Searching. i have an iPad Air too so starting to wonder whether it's to do with iCloud settings or something. I will try another restore I think. I've scheduled a support call with apple for later today so hopefully it will get sorted.
