Q: AirDrop isn't working again

Hello. SO a few days ago I've made a thread here about that my iPhone anc Mac can't connect via airdrop.

I've had suggested to try to delete wifi from my iphone and mac and connect again and it has worked, but the other day I turned on my mac and iphone, it wasn't and still isn't working again.

I have everything set up as it should be, connectted on the same wifi, bluetooth is on, personal hotspot is off, I have the latest software updates.

I really don't know what to do with it.

Can anyone help me?

(I have iPhone 6S and Macbook Pro Retina 2015)

Thanks

(sorry for bad english)

    Hi Vlado.n,

Take a look at the troubleshooting article for AirDrop below.   I see that you've double-checked your settings, but have you tried doing this with a different Wi-Fi network or in a new user account?   This may help isolate the issue to your wireless network or to your user account on your computer.

Use AirDrop to send content from your Mac

Turn on and set up AirDrop

    On Mac computers:

    1. Choose Go > AirDrop from the menu bar in the Finder. An AirDrop window opens. If Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is turned off, you'll see a button to turn it on. AirDrop turns on automatically when Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are on.
    2. To receive files from everyone instead of only those in your Contacts app, you can use the “Allow me to be discovered by” setting at the bottom of the AirDrop window.

    On iOS devices:

    1. Open Control Center.
    2. Tap AirDrop, then choose whether to receive items from everyone or only from people in your Contacts app. Learn more.

How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac

    Take care,
