The resource below may provide some troubleshooting steps for your poor connection with the iTunes Store. Are you having issues with any other website? If you are using a Wi-Fi network, try downloading via cellular data on your iPhone, or using an ethernet cable on your computer. What happens if you try a different wireless network? Hopefully, one of these steps will help.
