Since your MBP is still in the warranty period, your best option is an appointment at an Apple store genius bar for an evaluation by a technician.

Mac OS XPlease re-post the Activity Monitor screen shot. The one in your initial query show no applications. Set Activity Monitor to ALL PROCESSES and CPU to display values from high to low. Also re-post the temperature application so that any correlation can be determined.

Leave a reinstall of the OSX as a later action if nothing else is found..
