Q: how to mirror third generation ipad to windows pc

I want to use WebEx on my Windows PC to display screens from an app on my third generation ipad model A1416. How can this be done?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.0.1

You can use reflector to display your ipad screen on you pc. Don't know how it will interact with WebEx.
