Q: iCloud contacts not available in Outlook 2013/Windows 10

We recently updated our PC to Windows 10. Running Outlook 2013. Apple devices have current iOS. The iCloud Contacts list is not showing up in Outlook like it used to be. I can't find a solution on-line that is specific to Windows 10/Outlook 2013. Any suggestions?
