Q: Setting up Minecraft on MacBook pro
I Just purchased a MacBook Pro. Before I ask my question let me preface this by saying I know nothing about computers. I wanted to install Minecraft for my son. I downloaded it but the Mac keeps telling me to install it. I've ended up installing it 3 times. And we still can't figure out how to open it. Can someone dumb this down for me? Also is there a way to save this to our desktop or the task bar at the bottom of the screen? Thanks.

It sounds like you already have it installed. Go back to Finder and check under applications. If you see Minecraft double click it.
If needed, you can take a screenshot and post it here. How to take a screenshot on your Mac - Apple Support
