I Have tried multiple times to change my security questions. After a very unpleasant call with customer service the problem seemed to be solved however when I tried to use the new questions it said that the answers which i had just drafted were incorrect and I was locked out of my account. How do I fix this without having to call support again?! how do I fix this and actually get it to work??? Haven't been able to buy songs or apps for four years. If this continues I will be ending my usage of Apple prodducts.
