Q: Home Sharing stopped working on my AppleTV 4
Apple TV 4 - A1625
rMBP (late 2013)
iTunes 12.3.2.35
Home sharing from my iTunes video collection worked and then it didn't. It is the correct Apple ID on the Apple TV and on the Macbook Pro. Both the computer and the Apple TV are connected to the same network and both show full signal strength. I have tried the following:
1. Signing out and in of home sharing on AppleTV
2. Singing out and in on home sharing in iTunes
3. Signing out and in on iCloud on Mac
4. Resetting AppleTV to factory settings and resigning into everything
Airplay works fine. I can airplay a video from Quicktime to the AppleTV, but if I go to computers I get the message "Turn On Home Sharing in iTunes". It is turned on. So, I sign out and sign in again (yes, with the same AppleID, the only one I have). Nothing. Apple Music works. iCloud photos works. Yet, I can't connect to my own library on my computer.
This is very frustrating.
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

I did all that. I actually figured out the problem though. It was with the router, but it didn't need to be restarted. I have an airport extreme base station. In airport utility I went to internet>Internet Options> and then unchecked "Enable IPv6 Connection Sharing". After that, everything has worked fine. Thanks for the response.
