Q: how can Delete purchesd apps in itunes are waiting in download list?

my iTunes has a problem abute download old apps , and very time that i open iTunes that apps getting start,

new i do not know how do i stop this issue.

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), iOS 9.2
