Q: There is no option to send an email to reset the questions.  If an apple person is reading this please help.

I read the instructions properly, and I did everything the instructions said to do.  However, when I click on the edit option in the security section, there is no option that says "Forgot your answers? Reset your security questions."  If an apple person is reading this please help.

    You need to contact them yourself instead of waiting for one to see your post; that rarely happens, and even if it does, that particular person won't be able to reset them.
