Let's start with taking a look at the suggestion outlined below. Force quit the app and restart the app is the place to start. You can also sign out and sign back in and if that does not work, then you will want to contact the developer.

I'm paying for access to CBS content and the CBS Access app doesn't work and says it cannot connect to iTunes when I try to re-validate my subscription.
