Q: Too many incorrect security code attempts.....

I have recently purchased a new iPhone 6+S and have been getting a message stating, " Verification required to continue.  Because your Security Code was incorrectly enter too many times, you must verify your identity with Apple Support before tying again."  The pop gives me to options to click after the message, set up later or Verify with Apple Support.  When I click on the verify with Apple Support button it just takes me to the support page and list a bunch of different help topics.  None of which are for my issue. How do I solve this issue and get my iCloud keychain functioning properly again?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2

Use the option to reset keychain.

    iOS:

    1. In iOS 8, tap Settings > iCloud > Keychain > Advanced. In iOS 7, tap Settings > iCloud > Keychain.
    2. Tap Approve with Security Code.
    3. When asked to enter your iCloud Security Code, tap Forgot Code.
    4. Tap Reset iCloud Keychain to replace your iCloud Keychain in the cloud with the iCloud Keychain items on your device.
    5. Tap Reset to confirm. You'll be asked to create a new iCloud Security Code.
