Q: Restoring iPhone 6Plus

Restoring my device from an iCloud backup is taking a long time. It's been a week since I got my iPhone 6 plus replaced for a new one at apple store.

I'm having many issues. Restoration is one of them. I'm getting a message "this iPhone is currently being restored and will automatically back up when it's done.

I have 2 apple I.D.

I don't see latest back up. I had done one to iCloud the day prior to exchange phone

I have of course restarted the phone. The version OS is up to date 9.2

    Three options up to you.

    1. Erase phone, restart restore from backup and allow to restore completely on fast network before using it again. Use that option if you didn't get your stuff back.

    2. Stop restore from backup by going to Settings - icloud- backup - stop restore.

Use that option if you got all important stuff back to phone.

    3. Continue to restore from backup.

Use that option if you didn't get your stuff back, but when you charge your phone overnight and there is wifi connection you see a significant progress of restore - a lot of your stuff downloaded back overnight.
