Dec 27, 2015 6:43 AM in response to Chris Winkler1by woodmeister50,You cannot connect two Macs together via USB period. USB is a master-slave protocol.
Macs are masters and two masters cannot connect together. Any USB adapter turns
any connection into USB.
Your options are connect the two together via an ethernet cable to do the migration,
via a Thunderbolt cable, or via a Time Machine backup from the source Mac.
