connected ipod to computer it said 47.1mb of 1.47GB (ipod software update) and computer made disconnecting noise annd ipod screen went back to the way it was which was ipod disabled connect to itunes .Tried many times , but still didnt work .
I tried it with three different chargers and i had to bend all of them in order to connect it . All three of the chargers are perfectly fine because they work with other apple products .
