I understand that you are experiencing an issue downloading an album on your iOS device. I would start with forcing al open applications to close and restart the device. Once this is done, test downloading the album again.
You may also want to attempt to download this past purchase via the steps below.
Next, I would check to see if you can resume any interrupted downloads.
Restart a download on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Tap iTunes Store.
- On your iPhone or iPod touch, tap More at the bottom of the screen. Then tap Downloads.
On your iPad, tap Downloads. - If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password.
- Tap the blue download arrow next to a paused item to resume the download.
If you can't complete the download on your iOS device, download it in iTunes on your Mac or PC. Then sync it to your iOS device.
You can also transfer purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer.
If you still can't restart your downloads, get more help.
Resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads
