Dec 27, 2015 10:33 AM in response to catmccby ChrisJ4203,Please explain what you mean the date and time is not working. What is the problem with the date and time. Also, what problem are you having with Bluetooth? You have not indicated any information at all about what the problem is. It would also help if you stated what things you have tried to do to fix it over three days.

Dec 27, 2015 11:34 AM in response to catmccby ChrisJ4203,Do you have date/time set to manual, or automatic? If the switch to activate Bluetooth is grayed out, then see this support document. If Wi-Fi is grayed out or dim on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Dec 27, 2015 3:26 PM in response to catmccby ChrisJ4203,If you went to Apple and had the device looked at by the Genius, I'm not sure you would get any better help here. Did you restore the device as new, and then not add any additional content to it and test, setting the time to auto? If it doesn't work correctly there then it would seem that it could be hardware. You should have been offered an out of warranty replacement.

Dec 27, 2015 3:41 PM in response to catmccby ChrisJ4203,Apple told you to upgrade? While you have that choice, you should also have the choice for an out of warranty replacement if the device is not functioning correctly. I can believe that Verizon would offer you to upgrade, since that means more to them. Check back with the Apple Store Genius Bar and if necessary, you can contact the store manager if the device is defective and you want to stay in the 5c.
