Q: My iphone 4s get the problem with the gsm call, the sound is weird and not clear, both speaker and mic, but viber, facetime call is very good. Coud you tell me what to do, please?

GSM call , the ringing and the speaker is noisy, not clear, I can't hear people and vice versa.But the phone work well using viber , facetime .v.v.v...

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.2, version 9.2(13C75)

If you hear poor sound quality with cellular calls but audio with apps is clear, you can use the steps at this link to troubleshoot your iPhone:

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone
