Q: Select user before loading bar
When I turn on my Macbook Pro (13", Mid 2012), I see the Apple logo with the loading bar, and only after the bar has fully loaded I'm able to choose my account and enter my password.
I've seen other Macs that immediately after turning on, they ask for the user and after entering the password, the loading bar shows up, instead.
How can I do this on mine? I think it's not depending on the model because I've seen this on another MBP 13" even late 2011.
MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

You have seen that behavior in Macs with FileVault -> Use FileVault to encrypt the startup disk on your Mac - Apple Support
FileVault lets you encrypt the whole content of your Mac's drive, so you can only boot up your Mac if you log in with your user before starting up OS X. It's a good way to keep your Mac safe if it is stolen.
