I see that you received a digital copy with your Blu-ray purchase and can only play this item when on Wi-Fi. What you are experiencing is normal behavior. If the movie is not downloaded to the iPad, you do have the option to stream this movie when connected to a Wi-Fi network. Here is more information regarding digital copies on the streaming feature.

Dec 28, 2015 10:00 AM in response to SparkleSnowQueenby bedardjr8,I had the same issue. It technicallay is still an issue with my new ipad pro, so I think it's just software. What I have to do to reclaim memory of a movie no longer on my iPad or previously streamed is to log out of iTunes on the device and log back in (sometimes i need to reboot before logging back in).
