Q: back to my mac UPnP Abroad

I have a Macmini in Italy, with Mavericks as server, and 2 MacBook Pro with Mavericks. In Italy Back to my Mac works perfectly!

As soon as I reached Brazil where I have to work 4 months, I can't reach my server in Italy!

I tried with each and every internet server availible. Intalling a new router, do I have to open ports? What should I do?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

I did it all. It worked perfectly when in Europe. It's happening only here in Brazil, from here. I left Italy with all the set ups working fine, even entered from Fiumicino free wifi. Now, I don't have anyone to make any changes in Italy, even with all TCP/UDP ports open there.

I even tried my VPN pro and still not working. All devices attached, as SlingPlayer, ip Cameras, are working fine  and I can reach them without problem.

Please launch the Console application in any one of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

SYSTEM LOG QUERIES â–¹ All Messages

from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select

              View â–¹ Show Log List

from the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then take an action that isn't working the way you expect. Select any lines that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.

The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.

Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.

Some private information, such as your name or email address, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

When you post the log extract, you might see an error message on the web page: "You have included content in your post that is not permitted," or "The message contains invalid characters." That's a bug in the forum software. Please post the text on Pastebin, then post a link here to the page you created.

If you have an account on Pastebin, please don't select Private from the Paste Exposure menu on the page, because then no one but you will be able to see it.

The log extract is unreadable because you posted it by drag-and-drop. When you do that, all the line breaks and other formatting are removed by the forum software. Please copy and paste instead.

Hi Linc, double NAT is only with the Italian server. My 2 Macbook pro here in Brazil can be accessed between each other without problem, 2 different internet servers. In Italy worked fine too, when I was there.

Here's the Log list here in Brazil between my 2 Pro's:

    http://pastebin.com/TLSaqbmW

as you see no Double NAT

and here trying to access Italy with 4G: http://pastebin.com/SrbnCKZL

    Again no Double NAT

The strangest thing, as I told you before, all services linked with macmini are working fine: Plex video Server, IP D-Link cameras, Slingplayer.

and here trying again with fiber Wifi: http://pastebin.com/LHAmBYZs

    Again no Double NAT

The big trouble is that all my working files are there on the macmini! I had a paid Mac Server that gave me problem with screen sharing so I changed to Back To My Mac.

    Any Ideas?...

I"m afraid I don't have time to read many different log extracts, and I don't understand what you're saying. Are you now in Brazil or Italy? Which log extract shows what happens when you fail to connect to BTMM?

I'm in Brazil, trying to log BTMM on my server in Italy.

Between Macs in Brazil no Double Nats.

When I try to link From Brazil to Italy gives me that (using 100MB internet service): http://pastebin.com/LHAmBYZs
