Dec 28, 2015 7:32 PM in response to imacsbrokenby getstevesattention,Try this:
Go to the Bluetooth on one of the devices and be ready to pair.
1. Turn on the keyboard by holding down the power button, BUT DO NOT LET GO OF THE POWER BUTTON. It must be kept held down through the entire process.
2. Hopefully the device will find the keyboard, so choose the name of the keyboard, and then “Continue”. Make sure you are still holding the power button down.
3. You will probably be prompted for the Pairing Code. You can now release the power button, type the pairing code on the keyboard, the typically you will press the return/enter key.
4.There will be a slight delay while the pairing completes (a few seconds)
5. The keyboard should now be Paired.

Dec 28, 2015 8:50 PM in response to imacsbrokenby dialabrain,FWIW, it sounds like it's still paired to your Smart TV. I have a lot of Apple products and none of them as far as I know will allow me to name them "daddy's keyboard". They all just say "Apple Wireless Keyboard". Try disabling Bluetooth on the TV and see what happens.
