You probably don't get it back.

If you turned on the find my iPhone feature on the iPhone itself, then you could go to iCloud.com and searcher it. Otherwise, there is no way to track it.

Pick up a telephone.

Call the company to which you pay for service.

Tell them your phone has been lost and can they block it.

Follow the directions from  roaminggnome

If they ask for your serial or IMEI number see here if needed: Find the serial number of your Apple product - Apple Support and Find the serial number and other information for your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Login to www.icloud.com with your Apple ID

If you had enabled Find my iPhone you can trace where your phone is and accordingly report the same

If you can trace your iPhone on this website through the Find my iPhone option your can strike an alarm as well to indicate the person using the phone that you are in control and can track them using your phone

That's how I got my phone back which I lost twice
