Q: iPhone 6 won't sync with iTunes 12.3

I have this problem too, but im running MAC OSX EL CAPITAN and IOS9 on my iPhone 6plus.

Did anyone find a solution? It'll START syncing but while it's working it'll just stop, a window will pop up and say "your phone will not finish syncing, its no longer connected" and the thing is.. IT IS COMPLETELY CONNECTED and STILL SHOWING IN ITUNES?!?!?!

Here it is December 28, 2015 and same problems as initially posted!!!  So a very big THANK YOU because the solution to the problem is still the same as it was when you first posted it.

I don't have the drivers folder in the mobile device folder. So it won't work.
