I understand your Macbook Pro knows you have connected your extertal display but the external screen(s) stay black. They go to sleep as if not getting a signal. Good job testing with another cable and display.
There's a troubleshooting section "If the display image is blank or unusable" in this article:

Although you have tried some of the steps, please try the other steps.

Just followed and tried the troubleshooting described on that page, and still, nothing changed.
I'm a little worried that this might be a hardware issue.
Tried the other ports on that side they still work. (USB & Card reader)

I'm can't call the Apple Support, my country isn't included in that list... (Algeria) Is there any solution for this?
