I see you are getting the error message that "A server problem is blocking Apple ID sign in." If you haven't tried already, I would first suggest trying again, since it has been a day since you posted, this could have been an issue with a server that has been resolved. If you are still getting that error, I would then suggest taking a look at the following article for additional troubleshooting steps:
