Q: How can I remove my payment information from my iPhone

HI, I just need some help, I want to take my payment information off my iPhone 6. 64gb, iOS 9.2. I've tried going into settings into App/ITunes store but I couldn't find a 'none' button or anything to take it out of being there. I took my iCloud out of iTunes Store but how can I delete the info.. ): someone please help me..

DO I need to take my iCloud off my iPhone and reset it and create a new cloud?

You will not see "None" if you have an active subscription or owe a balance.

OK so I used another card and it then showed the NONE button but my details are still there and when I go to delete them and then press 'done' while 'none' is still ticked, it doesnt let me? Why?

Do you have any active subscriptions? Apple Music? Hulu? Netflix? You can manage your active subscriptions in Settings > iTunes & App Store > tap on your Apple ID > View Apple ID (it may ask your to sign in) > under where it says Subscriptions, tap "Manage."

If you do not have any active subscriptions, try signing out of iTunes & App Store, closing out of all apps in the background, and restarting the iPhone. If this still doesn't resolve the issue, I suggest calling Apple and speaking with an iTunes Store Support advisor.
