Dec 29, 2015 5:41 PM in response to emmycairns98by Miss Whipped,★HelpfulDo you have any active subscriptions? Apple Music? Hulu? Netflix? You can manage your active subscriptions in Settings > iTunes & App Store > tap on your Apple ID > View Apple ID (it may ask your to sign in) > under where it says Subscriptions, tap "Manage."
If you do not have any active subscriptions, try signing out of iTunes & App Store, closing out of all apps in the background, and restarting the iPhone. If this still doesn't resolve the issue, I suggest calling Apple and speaking with an iTunes Store Support advisor.
