Q: Copied iTunes to new Windows 10 PC but ipad is not listed in Devices

I copied my iTunes from an old computer to a new Windows 10 PC using the instructions in this link - How to move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Support.  It seemed to work fine and all of my music and playlists are there.

When I connect my iPad 2 (that was backed up on my old computer via iTunes) to the new computer I don't see it listed under Devices in iTunes although I do see it listed as a connected external device on the computer.  I also have a new iPad Air so I want to backup the old iPad 2 to the new computer then "restore" the new iPad Air with the data from the old iPad 2.

In short, I want to use my new PC and new IPad Air with all of the files that were on my old computer and old iPad.  Haven't tried connecting my iPod to the new computer but suspect iTunes won't recognize it either.  The steps to move your iTunes library mentions moving backup information but doesn't say how.

Hope I explained that well enough.  Thanks for any help!
