I'd like to compile some playlists according to genre, but I can't find a comprehensive list of them. Is there a simple way to do this?

Q: Print out a comprehensive list of iTunes genres
Enable the Column Browser with Ctrl+Shift+B, enable the Genre column if not already displayed. This will show all the genres that are used in your library.
