Q: the Bluetooth mouse become jerky

Hello, From some days, i upgraded to El Capitan. Now some times the Apple BlueTooth mouse become jerky. I need to turn BlueTooth off then On for fix the problem. After that the mouss is working well for a randolm time, 1 minutes to about 2 hours. Then the mouse become again jerky. I need to turn BlueTooth off then On for fix the problem until the next time.

I tried two different mouse and i replace the battery by a new set. I'm then sure that is not the mouse defect.

This problem look to be a BlueTooth problem with El Capitan :-(

Hi Daniel,

I understand that your are having issues with your mouse as the tracking seems a bit jumpy. Let's see if we can figure out what is going on.

I know you have tried a few things but take a look at the article below. It will have some additional troubleshooting like cleaning the area surface where the mouse is used. as well as looking for any wireless interface. If you have things like a cordless phone or other speakers, then that could be it.
