Q: Problema con Apple ID.

Restauré mi dispositivo a datos de fábrica, estaba configurándolo y en el paso de Activación me pide los datos de un Apple ID que jamás he visto.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2

Me lo dio otra persona, pero ésta me dio los datos de su Apple ID, ingresé los datos y me aparece que esta cuenta no puede ser usada para activar el iPhone.

Check the serial number here: https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/
The device may still be locked to the original owners ID. -AJ

Why couldn't you check? Do you not have the serial number? Find the serial number of your Apple product - Apple Support

It sounds like your phone has activation lock enabled. Ask the person you got the phone from to turn off activation lock. Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support and What to do before selling or giving away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

La persona que me dio el teléfono me dio sus datos de su Apple ID, ingresé a iCloud e intenté remover "Find my Phone" pero aparece que no hay dispositivos asociados a la cuenta
