If you've ripped your CD collection to digital MP3 or AAC then technically you could buy iCloud Storage and manually copy / upload the files to the cloud but I wouldn't recommend doing so. If you are wanting to do this for backup purposes remember that having files in one location isn't considered a backup. You should maintain local copies and a copy in the cloud to have a proper backup.

Depending on what you're trying to accomplish the best solution for you could be iTunes Match. For $25 a year Apple will match all your ripped CD's with their iTunes catalog. All matched songs will be available to you on any Apple devices and songs that aren't matched will be uploaded Apple's servers. Lastly if you're interested in Apple Music it comes with iCloud Music Library that works similar to iTunes Match and also provides streaming music from Apple's iTunes catalog.
