Q: iPad 2 jammed

Hello

I connect my iPad2 to Computer and opened iTunes. ITunes tell me that I can update to iOS9.2. I try to update but it doesnt work. There comes Apple logo and loading bar and then it cancel. Now there is only picture of usb cord, arrow and iTunes text. ITunes cant recovery, there comes text unknown error 9. I have tried other usb cords and usb ports but it doesnt help. I have also tried to force restart. Can I somehow open my iPad anymore?

Hello mikafromrauma,

I understand that, in the process of updating your iPad, it entered recovery mode. When trying to restore your iPad, you're getting an error 9, and are unable to exit recovery mode. Fortunately the steps outlined below detail what to do next and should help get your iPad back to a functional state.
Errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1611, 9006.
Sometimes security software can stop your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.
Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't blocking a connection to the Apple servers.
If you still see the error message, check for USB connection issues.
