Q: Troubles with pc authorization

Hi! I can't install apps on iPhone via iTunes. I get msg "Authorize your PC", but I already have done this

But when I try to authorize repeatedly iTunes says to me that this PC is already authorized, but I cant synchronize my apps with iPhone
