I don't understand why logging out before reset would matter, since the reset boots you out anyway. It worked for me even though I logged back in to both iTunes and iCloud.

Apr 23, 2015 9:58 AM in response to Adam E. Jonesby JoolsPirog,I Have no idea why but it seems to me that there is a conflict with ITunes Match and iCloud. I tried a few ways to get match working but it was only when I logged out of iCloud that the content loaded after reset

I am very disappointed that apple makes thing SOOOOOOO difficult. I have itunes on a windows pc and I suspect that apple just wants to make life difficult for non mac users. It is a great service since I don't have to have my pc running to listen to music on my apple tv. It is just too bad it was so difficult to get working.

After finally taking the iTunes Match plunge 2 days ago i've spent the last 2 days trying to fix my music, ATV, etc., etc. -- basically i've spent this time going down some VERY deep rabbit holes. Fixing my ATV was the last step i had to take and thankfully your instructions were the simplest of any of them I've had to follow. Thanks again! : )

I have managed to load newly purchased music that just would not load too. I recently had a problem where I accidentally deleted a couple of albums and fixed that by just going to iTunes and clicking on buy album, as if from new. iTunes Store told me I had already purchased and I downloaded again FOC.
I Enjoy this forum and it has helped me a lot.

What a joy to get all my music and videos on the TV.
