Q: My iPad is not able to get restore, it was in Disabled mode but after downloading the latest version of the software it is not showing the things, everytime it comes as error-3194. So, please replace my this product.

My iPad is not able to get restore, it was in Disabled mode but after downloading the latest version of the software it is not showing the things, everytime it comes as error-3194. So, please replace my this product. What will be the procedure for the replacement of the product as it has some issues of getting restarted by its own (earlier when it was fine i.e. in the use).
