Q: Is it possible to access my photo stream from an android

So I let my fiance take my 128 GB iPhone 6+ to California. Seems I'm not getting either one back. I have very important pics on that phone that will be used as evidence in court next month. Unfortunately I never backed this pho e up to my MacBook. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    If My Photo Stream has been enabled on the iPhone with your AppleID, you can access My Photo Stream from your Mac, if you have a compatible iPhoto version, Aperture, or Photos.

    I do't know any way to access My Photo Stream from an Android device.

     

    Here's what you need to use My Photo Stream:

    • iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 7 or later
    • Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 and iPhoto 9.2.2, Aperture 3.2.3, or Photos for OS X 1.0 or later
    • Apple TV (2nd generation) with Apple TV Software Update 5.0 or later
    • PC with Windows 7 or later and iCloud for Windows
    • iCloud set up on all of your devices

    Do you know anyone with a Mac that you could use?  If so have them create a user account on it for you. Then log in, create a new iPhoto or Photos library (whichever is being used on the Mac), sign in to your iCloud Account and enable My Photo Stream in the library.

     

    Once the My Photo Stream has been established in that library you can import them into the library and export the originals to a folder on the Desktop. Finally copy the folder of photos to a flash drive so you can take them with you.

     

    Also, if you had Find My iPhone enabled on your iPhone.

    you can go to iCloud.com in a browser, sign in with your Apple ID/iCloud ID, go to the Find iPhone section

    and lock the iPhone from there with the Lost Mode feature.

    Remember the code you used to lock the iPhone in case you every get it back (I'm an optimist).
