Jan 2, 2016 12:29 AM in response to Angel-Avilaby King_Penguin,If you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a verified rescue email address on your account (an additional/alternate email address is different), the reset of the text is step 3 applies :
If you don't see "Reset your security questions," you don't have a rescue email address and you need to call us for help.
So you will have to contact Support in your country to get them reset.
How are you trying to contact Support ? You are using the link for your country on this page : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security ?
If your country isn't on that page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
If that's not working then you've tried clearing your browser's cache and history and tried a different browser ?
When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support
