I understand that you are experiencing issues with the BBC iPlayer App on your Apple TV. Let's look over some the general troubleshooting to see if we can get it working for you.
The first place to start is check to make sure that you are connected to the internet either ethernet or Wi-Fi. Another option would be to force quit an app on your Apple TV. You can do that by double pressing the home button and then swipe up on the iPlayer app. You can also sign out and sign back in to the App to see if it will start streaming content. Mar 28, 2016 4:02 PM in response to norm123by bigblue007,I recently purchased an Apple TV 4 - and on a daily bases I get a 02001 error on screen. They way I currently fix this is to update my DNS details to another IP address. Why does this error keep appearing and how can this be resolved, I read a similar issue on this site error 02001 and have tried without success. Can anyone help
