Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you upgraded the account but are receiving a message that iCloud storage is full. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

The above suggestions don't even address the question. We've paid for an upgrade, and we have not received service in return! Please address this.
It's almost a year now, and obviously hasn't been fixed.
Since switching to iPhone I'm appalled at the shocking lack of useful information to users' questions all over the web! There should be a way to contact a PERSON (heaven forbid, I know), or at least have access to a support person on the other end of chat help.

Jan 5, 2016 6:06 PM in response to mario49by aggiebct02,Hi Mario. I upgraded my iCloud storage but am still receiving the "iCloud Storage is Full" message on my devices (iPhone, MacBook and IPad). When I go into "Upgrade" it shows I have plenty of storage (174.77 GB of 200 GB storage plan). How do I rid myself of these nuisance messages? Background: I am not a gamer, not a photographer, and do the bare minimum on computers. I cannot imagine that anything I do would need storage in excess of 174.77 GB simply to back up. Thank you!
