2. Hold down both the Control key and the B key on your keyboard to turn on the menu bar.
3. Select Store on the menu bar.
4. Select the Authorize This Computer list option.
5. Enter your Apple ID and click the Authorize button.
If those above steps do not solve your issue, follow these steps to authorize your computer.
1. Make sure you're logged in to an administrator account.
2. Make sure you're running the latest version of iTunes by following the directions below:
(1). If the menu bar is not showing, press the Control key and the B key on your keyboard to show it.
(2). Select the Help menu bar item.
(3). Select Check for Updates from the list.
(4). If you are running the latest version, go to the next step. If not, follow the prompts to install the latest version of iTunes.
3. If the menu bar is not already showing, press the Control key and the B key on your keyboard to show it.
4. Select Account in the menu bar.
5. Select Authorize This Computer.
6. Enter your Apple ID and click the Authorize button.
(Note: If you have content from more than one Apple ID, repeat this process for each Apple ID.)
7. Close iTunes by clicking the x button in the right-hand corner of the iTunes window.
8. Restart your computer.
