Although, liquid damage normally prevents an electronic device from functioning at all or normally again. Try to find your serial number from one of the ways listed here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204308

Jan 3, 2016 12:38 PM in response to jessicaquangby KiltedTim,Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store or take it to an Authorized Apple Service Provider. The phone will most likely have to be replaced.
