Q: How do I access an old video on iWeb?

Hi -

I recently realized I do not have copies of the videos I posted on iWeb years ago.  I would like to transfer these videos from iWeb to my hard drive or other at least back them up outside of iWeb.

I opened iWeb ver 3.0.4 today and found the videos - which was a relief.  Now I want to copy of transfer those video OUT of the application.  Can I do this?  If so, how would I go about finding the files?  I need to get these particular videos on to an external hard drive or somewhere I can access for uploading to youtube or dropbox.
