Q: disabled Apple ID

So I have tried all extended means... call Apple..have Apple call me or online support questionnaire and contact. All roads have led to "sorry we are unavailable to help you at this time"

Three weeks ago out of the blue I get .....You're Apple ID is disabled...

 

any help or any where I can turn I appreciate it thank U in advance....

iPad Air, iOS 9.0.2, On all Apple devices

    We are all users here. That said, I would find any contact with real Apple People that ended with "can't help you" unacceptable (I have NEVER had any problem go unresolved)

     

    1. Call back
    2. explain to the 1st specialist BRIEFLY your issue and that previous calls have not resolved it
    3. POLITELY insist on speaking to a supervisor AFTER giving them your callback number AND insisting on the 1st specialist stay on the line until they have the supervisor on the SAME line
    4. REPEAT as necessary until the senior specialist or engineer can resolve your issue

    * I personally have gone through as many as 5 phone transfers
