- Call back
- explain to the 1st specialist BRIEFLY your issue and that previous calls have not resolved it
- POLITELY insist on speaking to a supervisor AFTER giving them your callback number AND insisting on the 1st specialist stay on the line until they have the supervisor on the SAME line
- REPEAT as necessary until the senior specialist or engineer can resolve your issue
* I personally have gone through as many as 5 phone transfers
